This wine is made by a unique procedure in which the Valpolicella wine is “re-passed” onto the pomace of Amarone. The result is a warm, full-bodied, elegant wine, with lingering flavours of dark red and black fruit, soft tannins, complexity and depth, a wonderful addition to any red meat dish, chicken, game or cheese. 

Enjoy at 16 -18 °C.
