Vinification and maturation
Riserva Collezione Speciale wines are produced only in exceptional years. This great Riserva, in fact, requires considerable time: after a minimum of 48 months in large Slavonian oak ovals, it receives a further long ageing in the bottle.

Appearance
Deep ruby red, with luminous garnet highlights.

Bouquet
Extremely elegant, intense and refined. Enfolding notes of liqueur cherries and dried plum interweave with smooth impressions of spice, cocoa powder, and vanilla.

Palate
Warm and well-rounded, with velvety, seductive tannins. Very lengthy, impressive progression. A truly noble, unforgettable expression of our growing area.

 Alcohol 15% Vol.

 Enjoy at 18°C. in generously-sized wineglasses. It is best to pour it into a decanter some hours beforehand to allow it to breathe and thus release its aromas in the glass.
