Vinification and maturation: Following maceration and fermentation, the wine matures at last 6-8 months in oak barrels, then ages 6 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red with purple highlights
Rich scents of wild berry, particularly blackberry and raspberry.
Firm, impressive structure, with tannins that are pronounced but balanced and elegant. The finish is infused with smooth, delicious notes of black liquorice and vanilla.
Alcohol 14% Vol.
