Vinification and maturation
A spirit distilled from the fresh pomace from the production of Amarone della Valpolicella, whose grapes are grown on the hillslopes of the Valpolicella area. It should be bottle-aged for a brief period, but is at its best relatively young in order to savour the full-bodied, aristocratic impressions created by this unique production process.
Refine and intense, with impressions of fruit.
Refined, smooth, with a lengthy, flavourful finish.
