Project Description

Chiaropuro Rocca Sveva

Soave Classico Fitta Doc
CADIS

Fittà is a cru vineyard in the Soave denomination, located in one of its most ancient growing zones, with southwest-facing vines at elevations ranging from 190-300 metres. Its basalt soils are particularly favourable to growing the Garganega grape, which yields our Soave Classico Fittà.

Appearing straw yellow, it releases very distinctive floral notes, and its palate is well-balanced, ending on a note of tasty almond. It can be enjoyed with all the dishes of a meal, in particular lighter meats and fish.

 Grapes Garganega

 Alcohol 12,5%

 Enjoy at 8-9°C.
