Vinification and maturation The clusters are gently pressed and the must gravity settled. Following fermentation, the wine matures in steel until bottling.
Appearance Shimmering straw yellow
Bouquet Delicate and crisp, impressions of pear and particularly apple.
Palate Fine balance and rich flavours, extremely elegant, combining a crisp initial acidity with a finish of delicious bitter-almond, classic to the Garganega grape.
