This wine is an integral part of an area rich in history, studded with ancient fortresses and noble villas. It is produced by a unique method, in which Valpolicella wine is re-fermented along with the grape skins that produced Amarone. The result is a firmly-structured wine but one of great elegance and appeal, with a rich bouquet of wild red berry, and smooth nuances of liquorice and mint. Enjoy with baked pastas, stews and marinades, and with aged cheeses.
Grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella
Enjoy at 16°C.
