This is a wine made by a unique process where the Valpolicella wine is fermented on the lees of the Amarone. The result is a warm, full-bodied, elegant wine with lingering flavors of dark red and black fruit, soft tannins complexity and depth. A wonderful addition to any red meat dish, chicken, game or cheese.
